ACR VŠE Centers offer a wide range of services, from event management to corporate partnerships. To save you time when searching for specific information, we have summarized the most frequently asked questions in the following article. 

 

VŠE Information Center 

Finding your way around VŠE can sometimes be challenging, which is exactly why the VŠE Information Center is here for you. During the office hours of the VŠE InfoCenter, we will gladly answer any questions you may have. In addition to its work at the front desk, IC VŠE also manages the school’s merchandise, social media, VŠE Coworking, the Quattro Modulare classrooms, and the Academic Club.  

Where can I find the VŠE InfoCenter?

  • The VŠE InfoCenter is located at the main entrance to the New Building (Nová budova) in Žižkov. The opening hours of the VŠE InfoCenter may change; for current information please visit ic.vse.cz. The VŠE InfoCenter can also be reached by phone at +420 224 095 666 or by email at infocentrum@vse.cz. 

Where is the office of the VŠE Information Center located?

  • The IC VŠE office is located in room NB 42. Meetings must be arranged in advance by email at kc@vse.cz. 

 

VŠE Career Center 

The VŠE Career Center serves as a bridge between students and the job market. It supports professional development through individual consultations and specialized workshops. KC VŠE also organizes the Job Fair ŠANCE twice a year, creating a space for direct networking between students and future employers. 

Where is the center located?

  • The VŠE Career Center has its office in the atrium of the Rajská building, in room RB 110. Meetings must be arranged in advance by email at kc@vse.cz. 

Where can I find information about the VŠE Career Center?

  • Information about the events and services of KC VŠE is regularly updated on the center’s website kc.vse.cz. For more information, the center can also be contacted directly by email at kc@vse.cz. 

Can I post a job offer for students at VŠE?

  • Advertising at VŠE is governed by the current price list, which the VŠE Career Center will be happy to send to you by email. 

How do I sign up for career workshops? Where can I find job offers?

  • All information about job offers and career workshops is available on the career portal jobs.vse.cz.  

VŠE Event Center 

The VŠE Event Center is a specialized unit responsible for the coordination, planning, and technical support of events held on campus. It ensures the smooth running of hundreds of events, ranging from academic ceremonies and professional conferences to student events such as balls and orientation gatherings. In addition to managing facilities and logistics, EC VŠE provides extensive support for organizers, guaranteeing a professional standard and the smooth running of your event. 

I need help with renting a room and organizing an event at VŠE.

What services does EC VŠE offer?

  • EC VŠE offers assistance with a wide range of services such as decoration, furniture, catering, photo documentation, graphic design, and advertising. All options are available in the form on the website ec.vse.cz/pronajem. 

 

VŠE Alumni Center 

The VŠE Alumni Center serves as the key connection between the university and its graduates, who are united by an active lifelong community. The center manages the official VŠE alumni portal, organizes a wide variety of social events, and provides a broad range of benefits and educational opportunities even after graduation. The VŠE Alumni Center also cooperates with several international alumni centers across multiple continents. 

Who are the VŠE Alumni Center events intended for?

  • Events organized by the VŠE Alumni Center are intended for graduates of all VŠE study programs, from bachelor’s to doctoral level. However, some events, such as Alumni Wednesdays, are also open to students of all VŠE years. 

What events does the center organize?

  • Throughout the year, the VŠE Alumni Center organizes events such as Alumni Wednesdays, Alumni Pub Quizzes, and Alumni Bowling. More information about upcoming events can be found on the website alumni.vse.cz. 

 

VŠE Partner Center 

The VŠE Partner Center develops cooperation between the university and the corporate sector. PC VŠE manages partnership programs and ensures effective connections between companies and the university, individual faculties, and students. Through specialized projects, event sponsorships, and ongoing communication with partners, the center creates a space for building long-term relationships that benefit both VŠE and students’ applied practice. 

Who are VŠE’s current partners?

  • The VŠE partnership system is divided into several levels according to the scope of cooperation with the university. All levels of cooperation and the current list of partner companies can be found on the website pc.vse.cz/o-nas. 

How can I become a partner and why cooperate with VŠE?
